Diesel Particulate Filter Tracking System (DPFTRAC) is the world's first diesel particulate filter (DPF) tracking and automated (DPF) cleaning system built for use with FSX and other DPF cleaning equipment. DPFTRAC has a powerful lighting-fast procurement and parts supplier subsystem that is a companion to the DPFTRAC cleaning software system. DPFTRAC PROCURE will automatically list verified matching replacement parts for each DPF cleaned. Then, when ready, the service manager or technician can use DPFTRAC PROCURE to send procurement purchase requests to DPFTRAC's PREFERRED VENDORS for fast acquisition. No more searching for parts.
DPFTRAC is created by RAVHD a Southern California company born in Wilmington California which is in the heart of the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach. DPFTRAC's software is interactive and has easy instructions that uniformly guide DPF cleaning technicians through the DPF cleaning process of removing dangerous diesel particulates and pollutants from heavy-duty filters before they escape into the environment. DPFTRAC automatically produces a cleaning history worksheet for each DPF cleaned through the DPFTRAC system. These documents are accepted by a number of government compliance agencies across the United States, Canada and Europe. DPFTRAC is trusted by environmentally-focused industry leaders like PACCAR, PACLease, Kenworth, and many other transportation leaders. DPFTRAC is supported by SPARKER-HUB a NEXUS AUTOMOTIVE INTERNATIONAL company
DPFTRAC refer superior and high quality parts to our customers throughout the automated DPF cleaning process within the DPFTRAC system. Prior to a vendor's products being listed within DPFTRAC for presentation to customers, using a proprietary digitized process, DPFTRAC automatically match the vendor's PART NUMBERS to the OEM or AFTERMARKET part number/s inside DPFTRAC. This information is stored in our DPFTRAC relational databases and made available in real-time throughout the DPFTRAC WEB PORTAL. A vendor becomes a PREFERRED VENDOR within DPFTRAC only after this process is completed. Customers then may select as many PREFERRED VENDORS as they like. DPFTRAC customers are able to manage and order parts from the PREFERRED VENDOR from within their DPFTRAC PREFERRED VENDOR MANAGEMENT WEB PORTAL. Customers are able to communicate directly with the PREFERRED VENDORS in one web location. Customers upload PURCHASE ORDERS to PREFERRED VENDORS or DPFTRAC connect the customer to the PREFERRED VENDOR'S software PURCHASE ORDER portal via an API (Application Program Interface). This API is controlled and authenticated by the PREFERRED VENDOR. To become a preferred vendor you may start the process by clicking HERE and entering your email address in the " LEARN MORE - CONTACT US " at the bottom of the page. Become a PREFERRED VENDOR today.

It will depend on the type of service center (dealership, independent repair shop, etc.). Before selecting End Process due to a Red Tag condition, make sure you are confident the information is correct and has been documented in DPFTRAC. An example of a definite Red Tag condition would be an oil soaked filter that is dripping with oil or a melted/cracked filter where the pin gauge doesn’t drop to the bottom of the clean side. However, there are some Red Tag conditions that can be confirmed later by moving forward in the process. For example, visible black holes observed on the clean side in Phase 1 (Step 1-A) can be confirmed as bypass during the Bypass Detection in Phase 1 (Step 1-A). Cracks or melting can also be confirmed by moving to the Bypass Detection. A Red Tag condition should be reported to the end user (owner of the DPF). Ultimately, it is up to the end user as to whether they want to replace a Red Tag DPF.
Pressing the End Process option will close out the Work Order shown.
PIN TESTING steps within DPFTRAC use measurements that must be entered in fractions. For example CUMMINS part number A041D452 has a cell depth of 10 5/8. You will use your PIN to measure and detect the existing clean side cell depth of the A041D452 filter during the cleaning process. The depth detected from the PIN insert should be entered into DPFTRAC in this format: 10 5/8, 10 1/4, etc.. These measurements are entered into DPFTRAC at three cleaning points - PHASE 2 (STEP 1B) CLEAN SIDE PIN TEST, PHASE 4 (STEP 3) AFTER PNEUMATIC CLEANING and finally in PHASE 5 (STEP 4) AFTER THERMAL CLEANING.
We require DPFTRAC PROCURE (part searching / procurement) users to be either a DPFTRAC registered and authorized DPF cleaner or a DPFTRAC authorized procurement personnel that has been verified. If you are not registered or authorized to access DPFTRAC you may not view the parts and pricing offered from our PREFERRED VENDORS to our customers. DPFTRAC welcome your registration HERE .
